Long night

Aha! yeah, this is my second blog.. yay!! i'm really doing this for really! i'm so proud of myself. Temi, Alex, Oyin & charles, thank you for your support, love y'all loads!

i'm down with fever!! this just happened last night! what happened was; i got home late after eating suya at ikoyi, got to the dispenser, and alas! no water!!

you have no idea the amount of fright and dismay i felt.. i still had to work on a project which was; design stationary sets for a client and start up on the website design = long night. that thought triggered a series of malfunctions in my body..i suddenly needed to use the bathroom, take a bath, go back to the office, call my ex-girlfriend just to make her jealous all at the same time!

worst of all was the thirst that was beginning to tear my throat into shreds, my tongue felt like chalk, n i silently cursed my self for being glutonous. who send me message? Jack must have finished the water! ofcorse he did. Jack is my friend (we love together - no homo) the boy is just.. -wait i can insult him on my blog right?? nobody's gon like report or sth shay?- ehen, the boy..he's just an idiot! he wears my clothes, takes my money, steals my condoms, finishes the water in the dispenser without refilling it..whats even worse is, he'll keep quiet about it. n go missing.

so, there i was, can't get water at this hour..closest place i can get water was ajose adeogun which is a long way from home. i was just sitting there thinking..e don be for me today!

my girlfriend called -she does every night- i told her about my wahala, and before i cld even finish, she was like; 'oga dnt be forming tush for me here joh, go and drink water from the tap joh!' no joke. bad idea right??

mommy told us NOT to take water from the faucet, i dont usually drink water from a pipe, this is a first...shap shap, i carry glass, with speed cos i was super thirsty, in the words of my close buddy Emmanuel aka Truck money; i CONJURE water inside the cup...n i downed it like it was cool aid!

omo, it was like when i just had sex! two cups later, i was alright, started on my work, then i started sneezing...then stuffy nose...then head ache. i decided to call it quits.

i woke up 2hours later, sweating profusely, head banging, nose running, throat churning for more water, utterly miserable. i couldnt sleep afterwards.. i went to work and had a shitty day.

i blame my Tomi for making me drink that water because thts the only thing i can think of that couldda made me sick. so-therefore, i blame Tomi for advising me to drink it.

Hi y'all, My name is Toby, and this is my first blog. First off, i wanna thank you. why? well, for reading my blog in the first place. i'd like to think you give a toss about what i have to say, and if you dont? well you're reading it anyways...that oughta count for something. so, thank you all the same.

Why blog?
honestly, for no life changing reason. i just felt its one of those things i 'd do before i die, and at my age, i reckon having a blog should be pretty cool. plus i admit, thing can get a little un-interesting in the real world. for some strange reason, i have this feeling in my gut that this whole blogging thing is somewhat gay- just saying oo- its only girls that do this shit anyways..plus, this strange voice keep asking me how long i can keep this up. honest answer; i dont know. what i do know is; this is what i want to do, i intend to make it good, and like every other thing that i touch, turn it to gold. so help me God.

My name is still Toby- short for John Oluwatobiloba Ayodeji Olajuwon Bankole. but you can call me toby- thank you. i'm a website / graphic designer, and i'm pretty darn good at it i daresay. presently, i work with Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, Lekki. i also work with VANG- a fashion label- we'll talk about that later. my birthday is january 22, that means i'm an aquarius. i enjoy...well, everything. i always find my way around things, so, hobbies?? i really dont know. i'm a all rounder *big grin.*  i go by many aliases, post popular of which are Vang and swaggilolu. i've lived in lagos all my live, schooled in lagos all my life...blah blah..you know, just the regular guy.

My Look
My new look is one with a subtle mohawk, and a full round low beard. but we all know that can change. i have one piercing; my left ear. many people think i resemble somebody they know, the list is endless. i've heard all sorts, i've heard someone say i look like 9ice and the same person thought i looked like 2face! some are of the opinion that i look like my not-so-bright aquaintance Lanre Dacosta- i try to persuade them otherwise. most popular of my look alike nominees is Derenle Edun! well, people are crazy right? everybody seems to agree that i look like that guy, i don't know why- i dont look like him! Andre Blaze of Nigezie is another person i may look like. people who say that say so because we both have mohawks, and we're seen together at the recording for the cinema show on Mondays or tuesdays. i really dont know what to say about all these preposterous opinions, i guess i just have some of those default faces.

What else?
